Product Description
CHM Machinery specializes in computerized high-precision single rotary sheeters designed for paper mills, paper distributors, and printing houses. This advanced equipment enhances slitting capacity while ensuring superior quality output.
The single-drum sheeter features a "Top blade rotary, bottom blade fixed" flying shear design. During paper transport, the lower blade remains stationary while the upper blade rotates continuously at high speed. The AC servo-driven control system ensures accurate and stable cutting performance.
This versatile machine handles paper weights from 60 to 550 gsm, with the capability to cut thin paper as light as 30 grams. It can process 8-12 rolls simultaneously at speeds up to 100 cuts per minute. CHM Machinery's expertise ensures reliable performance with both thick and thin paper materials.
